CANCELLATION POLICY : Life happens and we understand you need to cancel sometimes. Still, we require 12-hour notice for cancellation on group classes and 24-hours for privates. Failure to meet the timeframe of the cancellation will result in the loss of class credit. If you are on an unlimited pass, a RM20 penalty will incur.

Here's why : When you make a reservation you are holding the spot that another person might want. And if we hold the space for you yet you cancel last minute and we have to refund you, we take the hit on. Unlimited passes are heavily discounted which is all the more reason to let us know at least 12-hours before so we can try our best to fill the spot though even that is sometimes not enough time. We believe that is a reasonable cut-off period.
